Quinoa With Mushrooms, Peas, Onions and Almonds

I'm eating a crapton of quinoa lately.

I don't know why. There must be some nutrient in it that my body is low on, because I could eat it every day. If I could afford to, that is. That shizz isn't cheap.

The stuff I made a few days ago was super yummy.

Sauteed mushrooms, onions, and peas in olive oil, worcestershire, balsamic vinegar, garlic salt, paprika and some cilantro. And some almonds added for good measure. Spooned over quinoa.


I wish I was a better food photographer, so you could really see the yumminess, but trust me.


Don't let the bad photography scare you.

Actually, that's pretty much my motto for this whole blog...
