A Day In The Life

I'm suffering from a migraine that's gone on for two day's now, so I really couldn't put together a very coherent post today. Instead I'm just going to show you some images from a typical day in La Casa de Cupcakes...

Sewed my needle right through my finger! And then stared at it in amazement for a few seconds before it occurred to me that I should probably take it out.

Lunch of cilantro lime squash, kidney beans, onions and tomatoes over rice.

Pasta sauce jar full of iced coffe, vintage doll parts and vintage quilting squares. Just another day at the office...

We tore off the ceiling on the back porch to make way for a new one.

New one is actually finished now(it wasn't when I snapped this) so next comes trim paint and a new floor!
